PROFESSIONAL EXPERINCE:

 

 

From 2003 to date:

 I have been working as a Senior Subject Specialist in Provincial Institute for Teacher Education in Baluchistan (PITE).

 My Major Achievements :

·                     Being the most senior faculty member of PITE,I served as an officiating director of the PITE in the absence of the director.

·                     Being academic In-charge, I organize the professional development programs in PITE in which faculty members of PITE present their lectures about their research, subject and field visits.

·                      Planned and organized a number of training workshops for teachers and administrators.

·                     Developed a number of teacher training modules and manuals for the  building of skills of  the teachers of Baluchistan.

·                     Reviewed current National Curriculum of Secondary School Physics 2006

·                     Worked as a tutor for Allama Iqbal Open University and taught courses on B.Ed and M.Ed levels.

·                     Worked as a District Focal Person under ESRA project and trained 350 Teachers in cluster workshop programs from 2004-2007.

·                     Observed Classroom activities and teaching skills of trained teachers in cluster centers during the field visit to  schools in District Gwadar.

·                     Taught the Multi- grade courses in Child Friendly Schools of Baluchistan Education Foundation(2007-2008)

·                     Working as a Resource person in the workshops and Seminar of STEP Project Programs conducted in Baluchistan

·                     Visiting Faculty member in AKU-IED in AD- Linkrogram March 15- April 15, 2010.

·                     Conducted the Action Research on the topic” Positive impacts of  digression in the classroom” and completed the task in the period from May 9, 2011 to September 30, 2011.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

From 1996 to 2003:

 I had been working as a Subject Specialist in Provincial Institute for Teacher Education in Baluchistan (PITE). My major achievements are:

·                     Established  a physics laboratory in PITE

·                     Organized Laboratory Management courses under Science Education Project

·                     Trained about three hundred science teachers in areas of contents ,pedagogy and practical work in physics under Science Education Project.  

·                     Taught Educational technology and Teaching of science in 10+3 Model  Diploma Program in PITE Quetta.

·                     Taught physics on higher secondary school level in  10+3 Model  Diploma Program in PITE Quetta.

·                     Taught contents and pedagogy of physics in B.Ed (Science) program under the pre-service program of Science Project.
